Poor door

Works great, both fridge and freezer keeping everything cold as it should. Terrible door squawk on the fridge after 5 months. plastic finish peeling on door front at 7 months.

We'd like to assist you with your refrigerator door squeaking. The quickest and cleanest way to eliminate the squeaking of the door is to lubricate the top and bottom hinges with the below recommended oils, then work the door back and forth until the noise goes away:
- Paraffin Wax (not candle wax) - can also be used on the door gaskets.
- Petroleum Jelly - recommended for door hinges, door gaskets and Fresh Food drawers/bins (including rollers).
- Mineral Oil - Great for use on door hinges and can be washed off easily.

The only issue I have with this refrigerator is that sometimes when closing the door of the refrigerator compartment, the top door to the freezer compartment comes open.
I have checked to make sure there is nothing obstructing the freezer door from sealing properly, so that is NOT the problem.
