Documents?

So far a little suspect, freezer door pops open when the fridge door is shut sometimes it seals back up but we have to check to make sure it seals. I suppose the gap between the shelf and the back of the freezer we should have noticed when looking at the fridge in the store. Also there wasn’t any owner’s manual documents. I guess that’s my job to go online to find out specifics and troubleshooting in the future. I have no idea what the warranty is either. Silly details I guess?

So Far So Good!
on December 10, 2023

We've had our new refrigerator for 2 weeks now and so far so good. We are giving 4 stars because the compressor isn't very quiet, but I know we will accommodate to the new noise in the house. It also has non-locking back wheels, so it will move if a strong hand opens the fridge. Otherwise, I am super happy to have this new appliance for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Made a mistake?
on January 2, 2024

I purchased this unit in September 2023. My prior refrigerator was a GE which was over 40 years old and still working but looking rough and starting to rust. I purchased a GE because of reputation and quality. I feel that maybe I have made a mistake. This unit doesn't seem to keep my food cold enough. I've tried and made sure that there was enough space for air flow. I've tried different settings with now luck. I purchased a couple of fridge thermometers and noticed that my freezer was only 4 degrees colder than my lower refrigerator which was at 44 degrees. I called to schedule a service appointment. In the meantime, I have just noticed that the refrigerator stopped which is sometimes normal. I opened up the freezer and it was actually hot. I unplugged the unit and felt hot air coming from the back of the freezer which was feeding into the lower part. Needless to say I've lost all my food and probably prevented my kitchen from catching on fire! I've lost all my food!

Solid refrigerator for my second fridge
on January 7, 2024

This is a replacement for my 2007 fridge-almost identical including glass shelves, except for led lights, cooling ducting, etc. my old one died due to immersion from rain water-off occurrence. With the temp selector on 3, after a week, the freezer has stabilized at 8F (ranging from 4-10F, (original was median of 3F)), the fridge median of 35 (ranging from 33-38F)… the only negative is I can’t change the split between fridge and freezer-I would rather the freezer be about 1F and the fridge 37-39F. 🤷♂️ The reason I have this fridge is it’s “just right size”

Seems to be a great fridge. Bought it for extra storage. I’ve always stayed away from stainless but this seems easy to clean and looks nice.

This refrigerator is a piece of crap. Only had a year, from the snack compartment snapping of because the plastic is not strong enough, scrambling to find a replacement to the fact that things go bad quickly to the ofd stupid shelving in freezer, where there is gap in the back so food falls down to stupid butter compartment I can’t use because ig open refrigerator it comes flying out because of the compartment door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
