I did a lot of research before purchasing this refrigerator. I am happy to report that this GE refrigerator is exactly what the specs promised. It has ample room for what I need, it's stylish (fits in great with the rest of my appliances), and I am happy to recommend it!

Freezer door opens

Bought it as a spare garage fridge. It’s a nice looking and perfect for my space. However, the freezer door always opens when you close the bottom door. Found the freezer door popped open a few times. I don’t even use the freezer because I am worried about the door being open and ruining food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not unusual on a two-door refrigerator for one door to pop open when the other door is being closed. The refrigerator and freezer sections are connected by air channels to allow air to pass between them. Excellent Frige

Our frige was delivered about an hour ago, so it is up and running. Very quiet. Once it cools down we will follow up with filling it up. As an add-on, the 2 gentleman who delivered the frige were very nice. They did an excellent job installing and removing the old one. Very courteous. I give them 5 stars also. Thank you
