I purchased it for an basement apartment. It seems flimsy and not very sturdy. Even with food in it, the whole thing shakes when you close the door. The store didn't have a floor model so I wasn't able to see it ahead of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This fridge has modern lightening, easy to see shelves, and lots of adjustable features. The temperature control is great; I haven't had anything freeze unexpectedly which is wonderful!

I bought a scratch and dent from Appliance Factory. It was a disaster, completely dented on one side and they never put on the handle. Very dissatisfied with the supplier!!

As I have all GE Profile appliances for the past 6 years I wanted to stay with what I know and trust. Purchased this frig for our summer cottage that is usually used on weekends only. This size fit perfect for what we needed. Not so much if it was in my home. I have a larger frig.
