Door has squeaked since they delivered it

Can not get through to GE to report issue, phone line disconnects after long holds and website continues to say it has technical issues. Its been a month now!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there, and thanks for letting us know of your experience. We know an issue with the door squeaking would be frustrating, especially as it occurred right after delivery. We'd like to assist with a resolution.
You may be able to eliminate the door squeak by lubricating the top and bottom hinges with oil, then working the door back and forth until the squeak disappears. The best oils to use would be paraffin wax (which can also be used on the door gaskets), petroleum jelly (which can be used for hinges, gaskets or drawers/bins), or mineral oil (general use anywhere on the refrigerator).
We also regret any trouble you had with reporting the issue. Your experience will certainly be reported for review, as will your feedback about the door squeaking. If you think you may need to arrange service, that department is available at 1-800-432-2737, and an appointment can also be scheduled online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm . A bit noisy but works as expected

We bought it as our second refrigerator for extra space needed especially during the holidays. We like GE appliances. It works as expected and is worth the price. It gets a bit noisy when its going but luckily it only needs to do that for a few minutes every couple of hours. We did read other reviews complaining about the same before we bought.

Loud + Door Panels Misaligned

When it runs, it runs LOUD, almost clacking at times. Also, and just as annoying, the front vertical surface of the lower door (and its handle) sticks out 1/8" farther than the front vertical surface of the upper door (and its handle). On the other hand, it keeps contents very well cooled. Glass shelves are beautiful. Lowest shelf on the lower door could be wider, and the freezer door shelf eats a bit too far into the main freezer compartment. Exterior stainless steel finish looks nice, maybe offer option to wrap the sides with it. Just can't seem to get used to the noise and the door / handle offsets, the loudness and assymtry of the investment is rather unsettling at times.
