Gasket and noise

Clicking noise, presumably from the compressor is annoying, though I am relieved to know from the manual that it is normal.
Because the the freezer door opened when we shut the refrigerator door, I requested and promptly received a new gasket. The new one didn't work much better, so I applied petroleum jelly as recommended on YouTube. That seems to have taken care of it.
I am not happy with all the email I already get from you, and the main reason I'm sending this is so that you will cut back.
