Problems with freezer

Not pleased with this product. I have lost 2 buckets of ice cream in less than one month. It defrosts things in freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for a small family or elderly

Everything we needed. We noticed there is just one control for both frig & freezer however it’s been no problem. There is not a light in the freezer, but again no problem. Otherwise it’s been perfect.

My old one was better. I had a 20 plus year old fridge, very similar to this one that seemed to be on the way out. In a pinch I selected this one - not being able to wait for different ones on backorder & limited options for delivery & installation during coronavirus shutdown.
This one looks nice but strangely is larger than my old one, but has smaller storage space on the inside - deli & crisper drawers definitely smaller .
It makes just as much noise as my old one. I live in a very small mobile home so no way to get away from it. I've had it 10 days and had tech out once to tell me there's nothing they can do to get it to sit level without rocking. I don't think it's my floor because my old one was level. He assured me it's not a significant enough lean to affect performance - we'll see.
Bottom line, if you're in a pinch it's definitely better than a cooler with ice. If your place is big enough that you don't notice when it's running (which is a lot), then it's fine.
If I had more time, normal circumstances and a bit more money, I'd probably get something else.
