Great Budget Fridge

Replacing a nice Amana Fridge that was about 22yrs old. Got a good deal and installed myself. Nice features, but nothing fancy. About 20% more efficient then old unit, and about 20% lighter weight.

We liike it alot but it does seem if you have the fridge set to low it will freeze the top shelf

Perfect Fridge!!

My husband and I acquired the fridge when we purchased our home in Oct 2019. I had always dreamed of having a big fridge with the double doors when I got my first home but this fridge was is in perfect working condition and I looked new. When ever I decide to upgrade this will be my secondary fridge I’ll store it in our garage and use it for extra fridge space especially for parties and family gatherings. I’m never getting rid of this beauty. Oh a little about the fridge it’s relatively quiet, it so easy to clean. We have three shelves but I would recommend 4 even if it cost you extra. Just store the extra shelf in the garage until you need it because now they no longer carry the extra shelves for our model. About the temp we keep it below the recommendation because we are adults and we don’t go in and out of the fridge uncontrollably like kids would. Our food stay cold, and be careful with food on the bee top shelf because your food will ice over. Adjust your fridge’s temp according to your city and the time of year. In the summer you may need to adjust it nearest the coldest temp once again according to where you live. I live in the Bay Area and our temp is relatively the same year round. Perfect! I would definitely recommend this refrigerator for first time home buyers or to someone who just needs a new fridge on a budge. It’s a bang for your buck.

It functions very well. I gave it a four star because of the noise/rattle when it turns on and stays on for the duration. Also, still trying to get the adhesive off from where it was packaged for transportation.
