Nice, simple refrigerator

So far it works great. One feature I wish it had was separate temperature controls for refrigerator and freezer, or at least a continuously adjustable temperature control. This model has 5 settings for temperature and we find setting 3 is a little cold and setting 2 is a little warm. Would like to set it at 2.5 but that doesn't seem to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

scratches on new fridge

The fridge was just delivered. It has scratches on the front door. The front stainless steel seeems to have blisters on the front door also. Seems to be poorly made. Service repair has been requested. Not up to GE quality.,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compared to our 30 year old fridg. we replaced this with, it seems to be ok so far! So I guess time will tell. Apparently same size, but seems smaller and not as heavy quality material.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a hotpoint side by side that was bought in 1993 Made by GE If this one last half as long as it I will be well pleased
