Beware, Freezer Door Does Not Always Close Fully

I have had this product for about two months. I made sure my refrigerator was level. Both freezer and refrig. door when fully opened will self close and seal. However, when the freezer door is not fully opened, but say less than 1/2 open, as it slowly self closes it does not generate enough momentum to fully close and there is a gap between the door and the gasket, which causes the freezer to ice up. The two shelves on the freezer door have items in them. Also it appears that the freezer's magnetic door gasket is much weaker than my old GE18 cu ft. refrig which I had for over 15 years. It does not take much to cause the door to open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dead on Arrival -twice

I bought a refrigerator in May. The compressor did not work dead on arrival. Warranty fixed it though. I bought a second of this model. Same thing! dead on arrival - compresssor . This time I am sending it back

It stays cold but has frost buildup in freezer. Not sure I would by another GE product.

Perfect Backup Refrigerator

Bought this a few months ago to replace a very very old breaking down
side by side refrigerator. I just wished it had a bit more freezer space.
Looks good compared to the old one....no more water leaks! Aside
from buying a new range, my electric bill has gone down substantially.
