I've had this for a month and it is working great. Glass shelves keep the spills in and the extra large door pockets store a gallon of milk with no problem.
I had to buy a new refrig since my 22 yr. old GE quit. Had to toss lots of frozen meats. Had to make a quick choice -can't manage without a refrig. and since I live on Soc. Security, cost was my main concern. So I chose the lowest price available. Would have preferred grid type shelves instead of solid plastic ones; think cold air circulation would be better. I do like more shelves in the door compared to my old model.
This model has a big storage in the refrigerator section with vegetable and fruit bins, plus a bin for snacks (cold cuts, cheeses, etc.} I like the big shelf on the door. It can hold a gallon of milk. The freezer is big enough for me to buy on sale and freeze for later.
Just purchased this. Fell in love with the door storage and the shape. Yes, it's a rectangle, but it fits so perfectly and uses a little footprint for all that useful space inside. Just a great purchase all around.
My old refrigerator finally stopped running properly after 15 yrs. It had the bottom freezer option which I loved. While I was out shopping and comparing prices I found this refrigerator at a great price, and the same options as my old one, except for the bottom freezer. I decided on this model because to be honest it was what I needed, a basic refrigerator.
