Hello aceman100,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your new refrigerator. We are glad to know you are pleased with unit except for no light in the freezer.
Many factors go into the design of our products and consumer input is a top priority. Other factors, such as consumer expectations, manufacturing, cost, changing technology and product appearance are also part of the design decision.
Your comments are important to us. We have forwarded your comments to our product design team.
Disappointed in refrigerator as it has what I consider to be a big design problem. When the refrigerator door is closed, the freezer door pops open. Most of the time, it closes back up, but if the refrigerator door is closed hard, the door opens too far to close back and unless you see it, you can loose whatever you have in the freezer.
Have only had this for two days an everything is working great. Like the shelves which have a "lip" to keep spills from dripping on shelves below; nice feature.
