Our new refrigerator

We purchased this new unit to replace a 23 year old Jenn Air. It has been excellent this far. It's extremely quite, and our power bill had gone down. Great job on the design.

This was one of few WITHOUT a water/ice dispenser in the door. I did not want some other feature that I won't use but can still fail.

Very noisy and door stays open

Compressor is loud. Even when compressor is off, can hear a constant gurgling sound when you stand next to it. Door doesn't shut automatically like our 17 yr old whirlpool fridge used to. Been keeping things cool for the last two weeks. With all the noise it has been making, keeping my fingers crossed that it will keep doing its job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the fridge about 4 months now. Its doing what it needs to do for the most part. The size and how the freezer is set up is a downfall. Its hard to fit for example a frozen pizza in their. But for the price i paid its worth it.

Within 2 years of purchase I started hearing loud noises. This was so aggravating especially since the only reason I purchased the refrigerator was to have a newer model. I had my previous unit for 18 years with no mechanical issues. No that I am disabled and unable to really troubleshoot problems on my own, I am forced to ugly ave someone come in my home for repair. I wish I had done my homework and researched this product first. I'm a very annoyed consumer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
