Right size for our needs

This refrigerator is the right size for our needs. We wanted one without a water hook-up, which is not available in our kitchen. Food storage is flexible with moveable shelves.

Great basic appliance

We were looking for a basic, no-frills refrigerator and this fit the bill. Lots of interior space, we LOVE the glass shelves, the drawers, and the extra wide storage space on the door. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the controls being right in the front when I open the door. When I try to reach in, I have to be careful not to bang my head on the control center! Also, when closing the refrigerator door, oftentimes the freezer pops open, and I have to watch and make sure to keep it closed. Also, it runs a little loud for a new appliance.

We only had this GE GTS18GTHWW for about 2 months now. The space it occupies is narrower than the average space for an 18 cubic foot unit. This unit fits perfectly with adaquate clearance on all sides. It is quiet and the interior design stores items with ease. So far we are pleased.
