Went well for the first 2 weeks then when I updated the app they both won’t play back video so not very happy about that

I have 2 of them plus NVR 8580 with 8 4K cameras. Image quality of 1080 Camera is crap. I hope swann increases the resolution to 2K.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. If you have not already please contact a member of our support team for further assistance.

Your website does not provide enough information on your products. I purchased these cameras thinking they were IP cameras, they are not. I’ve wasted my money trying to find the right cameras which shouldn’t be so hard to find. Not happy at all. Update your website to include more specifications on each camera, not just a paragraph of their features!!

Love the app notifications when movement is detected now I never miss a parcel delivery. The small spotlights help me to see my keys when entering my home, added bonus. App is ok but needs work, deleting videos is buggy and app needs more features like delete all footage or delete whole days footage. Connecting the system to WiFi for the first time can be tricky as well
I would recommend this to a friend!

They Keep Going Offline

I bought two of these to add to the current Swann SWWHD-Outcam's that have around the outside of my home. These camera's have a built in antenna and go off line at least twenty times a day. They are only 20 feet from my wireless router, either there is something wrong with them from the factory or they are junk!. I will say the SWWHD-Outcams with the external antenna never have had any problems in the last three years and they are 40 feet from my wireless router.
