[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product has many options and is extremely easy to operate swan has an app that you can control your camera from any where and your able to adjust your settings from the app also very easy to use and to install and set up the camera has a great picture and switches from day to night mode with equal picture clarity would highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera could be used for a home or business. It could also be used as a baby monitor. It picks up a good clear picture and it is easy to set up. Had no issues connecting to WiFi. The app is easy to navigate and had no issues there. As with any device that runs off WiFi, you will need good speeds. If not, then you won’t be getting the best use. This camera provides a good clear picture and can detect a face, really well. It has True Detect which means it will pick up heat and motion. There is a small delay but you can change the settings around and find out what works for you. We try to turn them down when there is heavy traffic in the area, and back up at night or when we’re gone. It covers s late nice area. One thing about this is you won’t need to hire a professional to install its diy and pretty much anyone can set one up. The instructions were very easy to follow. The device it’s self is small and can be rather hidden away to a certain degree. I’ve made it less noticeable in my house and it doesn’t stick out. All in all I’m pleased with how easy it was to set up, the great picture it provides, I can speak through it has two way audio. The app is easy to use and it does exactly what I’m looking for. I would recommend.

I bought this today and have spent 3 hours trying to set it up. I have installed 1/2 a dozen apps and typed my passwords dozens of times. the support desk does not answer or call back. I should have bought another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very pleased with this product. It works great for keeping an eye on my entryway even when it is dark. I also like the alarm and alert features that the app provide. Although the app had some bad reviews I have not had any issues with logging in or viewing my camera. I only wish it came with a longer power cord.

I need to retract my previous review

The swan security app updated and now you can no longer "live view" multiple cameras. It is no longer useful to monitor an area because you can only watch one camera at a time and it takes a couple of seconds to open each camera if you switch.
