Quality images, poor activations

I have had a few issues with the camera not being activated. I have made many attempts with Swann to rectify the issues but no satisfaction. The picture quality is good and when it does activate I get a full recording of the activity. But, there are occasions when it has not recorded an activity , hope it’s not when I have an un-invited intruder.

Not very good

After a few years all four broke. The cameras started tilting/falling down and with each tightening another one would break. The pivot mount socket plastic broke on each one. The case split on one of them all by itself in a protected outdoor housing as well. Too many false alarms each day to make use of the alarm, even on the most intensive settings. It's good that the lights come on with movement. A trial on the paid 'Secure + Plan did not improve smart detection for me. Ethernet connection is reliable. Picture quality is basic.

SWIFI spotcam

Having constant issues generally with cameras going offline (not the wifi - this is on full strength), detection settings seem to have become more sensitive picking up motion far away when set to close, same with sound detection setting too.
