Outdoor camers performance

Since 4 years I am using 4 cameras, a little Wi Fi fluctuationmade these cameras offline. Need switched off and on. It isnot good if I am out myhome cannot see my video.

Hello Saud. Thank you for your feedback. If your internet was simply reset or your router was restarted, your cameras should come back when the internet is restored. However, since these cameras rely completely on the Internet, changes to the WI-FI may affect the connection and may require the cameras to be reset. Please provide our technical support team with your Internet upload and download speeds. This will help us troubleshoot your device. Easy to instal and operate

Had camera operating for a few months now, very clear images.
Recently however it is not recording some activity , not sure why have rebooted etc but occasionally it will not record an event which is a concern as I want it to operate 24/7 so to speak.
