Works really good most of the time

Most of the time it gives really clear videos but saving the videos and being able,to send them to the police is harder than it should be

We are glad to know that you are happy with your most recent purchase of our Swann System. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. It is great to hear from your perspective on how we have since improved your sense of security. Swann understands that true security is about preventing crime, that’s why most cameras now feature sensor lighting, alarms, sirens, two-way talk and more. Here at Swann, we believe that there is always room for improvement. We will continue to launch updates to the firmware and application to help further improve your experience. If your mobile device is not meeting the bandwidth requirements the resolution may be lower than desired or will not connect at all.
