Love breathing the cleaned air from my IQAir Atem Car. Air quality has been near and over 100 so I have been using the Atem in my bedroom. I have not been outside because of lung issues. I have not needed to use my air concentrator nor oxygen while sleeping since I began using my Atem. I'm enjoying being able to breathe fresh clean air. I can feel, with each breath, that the Atem air is clean.

The only reason I've given 4 instead of 5 stars is that I've only had my Car HEPA filter for a month.
I've used it on a few long rides and through some nasty smoke..... I live in Ashland Or. and our air through the month of August has been unbearable

I have two IQ air purifiers in my home so was thrilled to get one for my car. I love in southern Oregon and the smoke in August is horrible. My car filter has helped me get out of the area when it's just too bad to stay. I am going to get another for my husband's car. I have asthma so it's a God-send for me.

Wonderful purifier, wish the power supply was.

This air purifier opened up the ability for me to travel again since my carbon monoxide poisoning and newly developed sensitivity to all fuel cars. The power source is lacking though. There is only a cigarette charger sent with unit, which I do not have in my truck. So I bought a battery backup power supply. That backup supply did not include a wall plug in and my other wall chargers would not work with it. The only thing I was able to charge it with was my computer, so I was forced to bring my computer to Norway to charge it. I finally found a wall unit that worked but it was an extreme hassle and expensive. Wonderful purifier though. I wish it had a higher power setting to cycle air quicker but all in all, I love it.

So Quiet, So Effective

I bought this because I spend a good amount of time on the road commuting to work. I've always been concerned about the vehicle exhaust I'm probably breathing. With my windows up, car climate controls set to recycle, and this car air purifier running, I actually feel much better when I get to work. It turns on and off with when I start and stop the engine. I've heard people say it's large, but people that ride in the back seat of my car barely noticed it. Granted I drive an SUV.
My husband I recently took a road trip to Northern California. I have bad seasonal allergies and I was expecting to have an allergy attack as we drove through the agricultural areas on our trip. I can say, I didn't have one issue. I love this thing!

Top quality car air purifier

I have Exercise Induced Anaphylaxis and this car air purifier has helped me so much. When I have to drive through traffic with lots of car exhaust fumes, or even during times of the year when my outdoor allergies are worse, it has dramatically helped improve my breathing and swelling from allergy triggers.
