Nice form factor/design. very easy to set up. Not too noisy. Works well. Keeps PM 2.5 levels zero in my car. Down sides: 1-no pm 2.5 monitor on the device 2-No way to turn off the Bluetooth. 3- power cord is a little short for for 3 row SUV (barely makes it). Despite working engine, magnetic fields and electric fields are not significantly increased for the nearby passengers. This was a big concern for me but turned out to be ok. I did the testing when outside pm2.5 concentration was just moderate and car air flow was in re-circulation mode. I don't know if the device will be able to keep internal PM 2.5 concentration low when outside PM 2.5 is high or air circulation is open to outside. Given it size it is unlikely that it will be able to keep PM 2.5 low if the air circulation is open to outside. When I keep air flow in re circulation CO2 gets very high (more than 10 times baseline) above 4000 ppm even in half an hour so it is something to think about. If you want to keep the PM 2.5 low then CO2 will rise unless outside pm 2.5 is already low then you can circulate outside air and still have low internal pm 2.5.

I have Atem purifiers in two of my vehicles - a Chevy Volt and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. My wife and I both have allergy problems and asthma, and purchased the Atems to clean up the allergens (pollen) and particulates (diesel emissions, dust and wildfire smoke) that get past the cabin air filters in our vehicles. The Atems do a great job on both issues in each vehicle, even when run at a low fan speed (20%), which has a completely unobtrusive noise level. The Atems attached easily to the back of the front passenger headrest, and do not rattle while the vehicle is moving. The Bluetooth iphone app works well, but after some initial configuration I just have the Atems run at 20% of max fan speed when the car starts. The Atems extend our allergy-free comfort zone from the house, where we have Health Pro Plus filters, to our vehicles. Great product.

I’m THE most discerning, picky human being I know so I was looking for the absolute best car air purifier that actually works like super-fast magic, making my car smell like fresh clean perfection to my bloodhound nose right away. Well this is it. I am SO relieved, relaxed and delighted with my purchase!

I take it with me everywhere I go because I ordered the additional stand to set it on a surface. Illness keeps me isolated from people due to smells, scents, perfume,etc. This gives me some freedom back.

very few options for a car air purifier, this was the only one that looked to mount out of the way and have a good filter inside. So far very happy, runs quiet and I don't notice it over say the radio, road noise or the AC being on, if everything is off you can hear it on the higher settings. Has helped with the wildfire smoke here in california when I need to drive and also with the new car smell in my truck. Happy with my purchase even if being on the expensive side.

Its not too loud even its set up right behind my driver side. Its easy to take off and put back on if need it. I do feel a difference of air quality when I drive. Only thing is, physically turn on or off when driving its impossible. But if you leave it on every time you turn on your car it auto turn on. And it does not come with a reg plug, only a car plug. That's just very inconvenient. But over all I love it.
