6 Drawer Chest

This is a really nice piece of furniture. We got 2 of the nightstands and fell in love with the design, so ended up getting the 6 drawer chest to match. Just got it together and it looks great. Definitely took a while to assemble, but for real wood with a nice finish, it was totally worth it. Only thing is the top two drawers are a bit shallower than the bottom four, which wasn’t really advertised, so we were surprised when we were going through all the parts.

Love the look of this dresser and the fact that when I opened the box the smell of stained wood filled the air! You just don’t get that anymore with most purchases. My only complaint is that one of the smaller pieces of wood was broken when I received it. I managed to glue it back together myself to finished putting the dresser together. Other than that, no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent but good to the eye

Wish it had different hardware for the drawers such as metal and that the back was a bit different for nailing. There is nothing to guide you for nails in the back piece.

Assembly takes some time (and wrist strength), but is a nice wood and seems mostly sturdy.

Not bad, not great

One of the pieces was drilled wrong, which held us up in completing. Replacement parts were not available, so the retailer had to send us a complete unit to take the parts out of and then ship back. I understand things like this happen, but the resolution could have been better.

This is easy to put together. You need good upper body arm strength or a power drill used very slowly to tighten everything. The front panels of the drawer will need to be used delicately because it’s not a hardy durable material. If you are like me and not very puzzle savvy, this will take hours to put together meticulously following directions. Would NOT recommend for young children rooms. It would not withstand the use. Otherwise very beautiful. Holds together well. I’m using in a spare bedroom with mid century modern theme. I’m excited about it! It fits the decor well!
