Beautiful Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator. Because it is counter-depth, it fits beautifully in my kitchen without sticking far out from the cabinets. The LED lighting when I open the door is so pleasing and crisp, and the refrigerator is designed to hold a large quantity of food while still looking neat and well organized.

Ice maker died, scratches easily

We have owned this fridge less than a year and the top ice maker has stopped making ice. Also, the front scratches quite easily, my husband used a sponge to clean a corner of the front, and now we have a section of scratches that look different from the rest of the fridge. Overall, I'm disappointed now with a fridge that does not make ice, and the front looks bad, and it's all under a year after purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the smudge proof finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had the refrigerator a couple of weeks, so if it has a long life, I will be happy. I like that the pullout drawers are recessed and easy to access. It has to be next to a wall so opening that side of the frig makes it so much easier to open the drawers. I love the looks of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appearance, features & quality of this refrigerator are excellent & we are very pleased with our purchase. I should mention my wife is concerned about some of the noises that it makes but I think this is mostly the ice maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit February 2017 and had it installed in May 2017. Ever since I changed the filter the refrigerator will not make ice and trying to get a glass of water takes an eternity. I am extremely disappointed that I now have to buy ice and if I could do it over again would have bought a unit where I could make my own ice rather than having none.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time out to bring your concerns to our attention. The ice maker will produce ice when the water filter is inserted properly and the ice maker is turned on. To turn ice maker on, you will need to lower wire signal arm (freezer ice maker) or set the ice maker’s On/Off power switch to the “On” position.

Ice maker

We bought our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator October, 2014 and thought it was great. And then the ice maker started acting up. We had just bought this house and had home warranty with it. We have had service people working on it 8-10 times over the last four years, replacing every component but the whole refrigerator, some things twice. We also have to pay deductibles. It will work from three days to three or four weeks. We have finally given up on this poor quality product and are buying a new one. Not a Frigidaire!!!! A lot of people have heard our story and are aware of your quality.

Very good refrigerator

Very, very noisy the 1st month, but has since quite down. Still noisier than the 27yr old refrigerator. it replace.
