Drops ice when freezer opened

This has to be the most aggrevatung thing ever. Everything I open the freezer drawer ice is pushed from the auto ice maker tray over the back and comes out to the front tbin the floor. If not caught it melt and leaves a puddle. The worst design ever and can't get an answer on how to fix it. Absolutely sucks, don't buy!!!! You will be sorry
