Good performance

Well designed: modernizes look of kitchen

Six months after purchasing the ice maker quit making ice. Extremely frustrating.

GregorM, I apologize for any frustration and inconvenience that this may have caused for you and your family. If water is dispensing slowly, or not at all, the water filter may need to be changed. Our water filters need to be changed every 4-6 months depending upon usage and water hardness. Areas in Fontana California have hard water, and that can impact how long a water filter will last, and ice production. Thank you for sharing your design observations, vfletcher. There should be no food items in contact with the air vents (at the rear of the refrigerator) as these items will disrupt air flow and cause food to freeze. Clear any blockage to allow for proper air flow (page 39 in your Owner’s Manual). As the deli drawer runs the width of the refrigerator, opening both doors would be a necessity.
