like counter depth feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this at the beginning of Jan and had to wait over a month to get it but we are happy with it. The counter depth feature gives us so much extra room in our kitchen . It has plenty of room for what we need . Only concerns are the French doors are different levels , one is about 1/4 inch lower than the other which to us is really noticable . Talked to the company and they suggested sending a tech out to adjust the doors but when he got here , he said there was nothing he could do about it so we are stuck with doors that are uneven .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors are uneven. After two visits by workers to align they are still uneven. They appear to not be matched.
The refrigerator arrived with incorrect shelves. I was promised replacements within two weeks. Four weeks later it still isn’t here.

Counter depth is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. And we are really surprised at how much refrigerator space there is in it considering it is a counter depth. The only really draw back for me and my wife is we can’t use enough of the ice that it makes.

Waiting on service...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door was damaged on delivery several weeks ago. Still waiting on new door. Refrigerator also has a loud humming nose occasionally. These are our first Frigidaire appliances, so not sure if humming is just a Frigidaire “thing.” Finally, we really dislike the handles on all four of our new Frigidaire appliances. The are shaped in such a way that any and all crumbs get caught in them and it’s difficult to clean them out without pushing the crumbs further into the crack, unless you use something somewhat pointed (toothpick) to scrape them out first.
