Poor Quality

My husband and I bought our refrigerator about 2 1/2 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. It was working great until this year when the ice maker broke (the cube tray cracked because it's plastic) and now the cooling fans aren't working and it will take a week to get the parts. A fairly new refrigerator shouldn't have these types of issues or cause us to have food in coolers instead of the refrigerator we spend a good amount of money on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Happy!

Bought this refrigerator less than a year ago and ice maker is a huge disapointment. The quantity of ice available is inadequate for this class and cost of refrigerator. At the moment our ice maker is not working at all. Would not recommend this refrigerator for purchase.

Good afternoon, Ian1! I hate to hear that the ice maker has stopped working. I truly understand how disappointing this can be for you and your family. Have you recently changed the water filter? We recommend changing the water filter about every six months depending on the usage. Once the pores in the filter become clogged with debris the water is unable to move through the filter effectively. If changing the filter does not prove to be successful, please contact us directly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for about 2 1/2 years and continuously have problems with the ice maker. It currently is dropping my ice in chunks which is almost impossible to get dispensed that way. Not sure why it started doing this but I feel like the dispenser is working overtime trying to break it up! Very bad design for a pricey refrigerator!

I recommend checking the seal around the dispenser to make sure that no air is getting through and no water is left after dispensing to cause the ice to become chunks. Ice maker not making sufficient amount of ice

I bought this fridge Oct. of 2015 and the ice maker has never worked sufficiently. It does not produce near enough ice. It's a beautiful refrigerator but for the money I would expect it to make much more ice.

Love it....but, really slow dispensing ice maker

Solid fridge

Two issues have been the water from the water dispenser is not always cold, and this has been confirmed not a plumbing issue but a fridge issue. And also because of the French doors it is hard to level the doors and one door does not stay open. Was told by technician that this is proprietary to French door refrigerators

I immediately went to my favorite appliance dealer and looked around at new ones.The one I purchased was well above my budget but I fell in love with it. After one and a half months I am still in love and would do it again.
