Everything is falling apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and received this in June 2019, within the first year stuff started falling apart. After that 1 year warranty ran out it was now my responsibility to pay for this everything that is falling apart, which would cost me over half the value of the fridge. The freezer gasket will not seal any longer, the fruit drawer track has broken and the wheels are falling off and lastly the flap that created the seal between the French doors also broke. I don't want to pay for all of these repairs 2 years into the life of a fridge that should last over 10 years. I replaced my LG fridge as I did a reno and bough all new appliances, my LG fridge is in my basement still going strong after 10 years with no issues. Maybe mine is a lemon, but I expect more out of frigidaire, and not at my cost. Honestly, we take care of our stuff, this is not user error, this is a quality issue.

Very attractive but horrible design

This is exactly what I wanted. It pretty and fits my space perfectly. It has a clean face with ice maker in freezer. The freezer is the WORST design ever! Every time we open the freezer drawer all the ice falls out all over the floor. Also the cubes stick together in long strips as they come out of the machine before hitting the kitchen floor. Huge disappointment.

Poor Ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the first week a cable harness came loose and block the cooling fan. It was easy to fix. My biggest gripe about this refrigerator is it's lack of ability to make ice. It only makes enough ice for one person a day. We have to constantly go out and buy bags of ice for our needs.

Nice but icemaker problems suggest poor choice

I've had this fridge nearly 2 years. The icemaker was repaired once under warranty, I took it all apart once and defrosted it, and now, every couple of months I have to empty it out and turn it off for a few days when it starts to freeze up again. I would never make this choice again.

I've had this refrigerator for about a year and a half and its a lemon! The water dispenser leaks and the water dispensed is not cold. Bad purchase.

Hi MBeach, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Are you able to complete a few trouble shooting steps? If so, you can check if the water is coming from your ice chute. If the door to your ice chute is not sealing properly, you may see moisture or ice build-up. If the ice chute is not the culprit, your refrigerator's water valve may need to be replaced. If you see a rapid increase in water dripping in the tray, I recommend turning your water valve at the rear of your refrigerator. I would keep the water valve off until your appliance is properly diagnosed and repaired. Hope this helps! -Jennifer
