heats up fast like a gas range

I don't have gas available, but I cook alot and was having a terrible time with my old electric cooktop. It took a while to adjust to this cooktop, but I love it now. I can boil water so much faster. My only regret is that I couldn't afford the better model that doesn't get hot on the surface.

AWESOME POWER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man, this thing will boil water in less than a minute on the power boost setting. And the power controls are sensitive enough to keep things simmering without burning them. The timer gives some issues though, as it can be activated even when the power controls are locked. Overall, I'm glad I got this instead of a conventional range top.

The speed that water boils is amazing; just as amazing is that when you disconnect the power from the eye, it stops at once. Has exceeded our expectations as to convenience and features.

So easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a single burner induction in our motorhome for the past year while we travelled so, when we built out new house, I ordered a induction cooktop. I could not be happier. It heats everything so evenly and quickly. Wonderful !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our cooktop. It is so efficient. You can boil water almost immediately. The stovetop is easy to clean. We did have to buy new pots and pans but that was not too expensive. A wise choice I our opinion.

Buttons could be on the side, instead of front.
