Great features, defective out of box, speedy repai

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using the cooktop for the first time an error code started flashing, two burners would not work (faulty circuit board). Repairs were made quickly and have not had any issues since.
Be careful as to what cookwear you get, it has to be conduction compatible. Investigate the cookwear as well.
Cooktop works great, my wife was astonished at
how fast it starts to heat up.
The smooth top with no knobs is awesome as well
I would recommend this to a friend!

Second cooktop defective in less than 8 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this induction cooktop installed in our new kitchen between March and April 2016 because the this was a replacement for a new one that was defective. Now we have a problem with the cooktop it looks like the glass inside is peeling-off, maybe it will shatter when is hot. Sometimes while cooking the right burner in the front starts blinking and sometimes is not working, I have to change the pot to another burner to be able to finish cooking. I want you to please help me and have the cooktop replaced. I am worried this will explode on us one day. I do not have the exact date when the item was installed but it was this year between March and April
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Concerning the right front burner blinking and not working, have you experienced a power outage or surge recently? If so, please do a hard re-set at your breaker box, by interrupting power for 3 minutes and then reapplying. Phenomenal product!

My wife and I purchased this product in April, but we had to wait for our contractor to finish a kitchen remodel before we could put the appliance in service. The project was completed at the end of September. The induction cook top has turned the burden of cooking into a joy!

I'm too satisfied of induction cooktop

I've been using it for a month so far. Works great. Makes a little buzz sound on high power but it does not bother me at all. Makes water boiling very fast. Does not make heat so your kitchen does not get warm. So easy to clean it up if compare to electrical one.

We remodeled our kitchen in 2014. I wanted the open concept which meant I would be losing my gas appliances. So, I researched for months. Decided on this frigidaire. I love how easy and faster it is to cook. Clean up is so much better than trying to clean and lift those grills. I especially love the push button operation. NO knobs to clean, I have a 7' x 4' island and just love the sleek look.
I would recommend this to a friend!
