My Frigidaire cook top is the focal point in my kitchen.
My friends can’t stop touching it and I enjoy cooking once again. The cleaning is a breeze

Thoroughly impressed with the power this unit has to boil water almost instantly, and heat up evenly and cool down very quickly!

Excellent Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 3 months ago. The electronic dials are easy to see and the cooktop responds immediately. It cleans easy with a microfiber cloth. We use the wax that is recommended and it is easy to care for. Although you can use cast iron, I will not, I do not want to scratch it. Although pricey, it is a very good appliance and we are very happy with it.

Smooth, easy cleanable

It heats the foods fast, cooks evenly and I love it the most because you start on high and just tap the low button and instantly the tempeture lowers. I should have bought this years ago because it makes cooking a pleasure.and has plenty of room for 5 pans. Best Buy of the year.

Love cooking with induction but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are disappointed that within two months of purchase one of the elements stopped working and we are getting an error code C22. Scheduled service and after waiting more than a week for an appointment, the repair company called during their scheduled time to come out to cancel and say they didn't have anyone who works on induction cooktops. We are having to wait another week and a half to get another company to come in and look at it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We hate to hear how disappointed you are with your new cooktop and having issues so early certainly falls short of expectations. While we work to obtain a service provider in your area, we suggest trying to reset your range back to factory settings. Simply unplug or turn the circuit breaker off to the unit for about one minute. Let the unit reset completely and try to use it as normal again. If you feel your concern is out of sorts, please contact us directly.
