In just the 2 weeks that I have owned it I have made Graham Cracker crumbs for my cheesecake, Hummus, as well as Salsa Verde. With the power and capacity I need and fairly quiet when in operation. You can't go wrong with this appliance.

Why did I wait so long lol. Awesome is the word that comes to mind when describing this machine. Just Wow!
