[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 3 weeks ago and have used it several times. It has worked as advertised. It is easy to use. It is easy to clean.
Although one of my first KitchenAid countertop appliances was the 5 cup chopper, I always felt myself wanting to make more so...I purchased this beauty and have been using it almost every day since receiving it. So far, I have made hummus, soup blends, doughs, herbal remedies and more! It has been useful for so many different recipes and concoctions that I have been asking myself how I ever lived without!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was replacing the Kitchen Aid I had before. My handle/clasp broke on the plastic bowl. There was no replacement part. My previous processor was larger, I had it for years and I loved it! Don't really like this new one.

I had my first KitchenAid food processor for over 10 years, and really liked it. It still works, but I wanted a bigger, more improved model. I love my new model. Its so easy to use, and has features some more expensive food processors do not, like a low speed, and handy storage inside the unit. It chops evenly and quickly, and is easy to clean. I hope it lasts me for many years.
I am very very very very excited for this food processor, I’ve been eyeballing, saving, and hitting my husband photos of this food processor!!! I got married 3 years ago and I don’t know why I haven’t pinned this to my wedding registry! At first I wanted the 7 cup... but then after watching over 10 videos of different types and sizes of the food processor, we decided to go bigger. I am So happy we choose this one! I’m mind blown how amazing it is, not only does it save you time, it saves your energy from cutting every veggie up, it’s so awesome! My husband and I first made salsa with this food processor and we were both very excited we assembled it together and put the ingredients together and even pulsed, giggling ☺️ we love our new food processor and can’t wait to make many many MANY more recipes! Seriously time saving!!!
I purchased the 9 cup food processor 3 days ago. I tried to use it to make biscuits. The motor stopped in the 3rd pulse. Then the lid cracked when it was dropped. Such a disappointment from such a good quality mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
