My New Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was replacing the Kitchen Aid I had before. My handle/clasp broke on the plastic bowl. There was no replacement part. My previous processor was larger, I had it for years and I loved it! Don't really like this new one.

Broken part bad design

I bought this. It perform very well, BUT the plastic part in the I'd that holds the lock broke. It just snapped off! Badly thought out design.

So disappointed

I purchased this model to replace my 15 year old Kitchenaid food processor that was an absolute workhorse. This model pales in comparison. If you are grating anything, the food gets stuck in the crevices of the lid around the feed slot. You need to take a sharp point to get it all out. I could live with that but today was the last straw. When trying to puree fully cooked and very soft sweet potatoes for Christmas dinner, it started smoking. Yes, the pieces were small and liquid was added. The base of the unit is now sitting outside where it will remain until trash pickup. I can’t trust using it again. Very disappointed. The unit is just 2 years old

Needs work, but works ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got as a gift and trying to use it as much as possible to makE it efficiently. Not as expected and frustrating at best. Cheese clogs the shredder disc, grates well, but a lot of cleaning for what you get.

This KitchenAid fan is disappointed

All of my appliances are KitchenAid, and this is the first one that stopped working after 5 uses. I've only had the opportunity to use one of the attachments. My double oven, dishwasher, mixer, hand mixer, immersion mixer, ice machine, and microwave are all KitchenAid and have been work horses, so I was shocked when this appliance stopped working.
