Got a jackery880 in 2020. Something malfunctioned 2 months before my warranty was up. The company was AMAZING and responded with in 24 hours. No questions asked, they paid for shipping and replaced my device!! 10/10 recommend! I did have to upload a video troubleshooting but that was literally the hardest part. They even paid for shipping. Great product and even better company! Stop considering, and just buy it. Totally worth every penny.

Recently we had an outdoor event at my son's ranch here in Texas. We ran the entire sound system for about six hours from the Jackery Explorer 880 with solar panels deployed. At the end of the event, we still had a 99% charge. Very impressive!

My Jackery 550 and my Solar Panel got me through Hurricane Ian. I would charge by day and ran my full size refrigerator, fan, and lights through the night. Was able to keep my cell phone charged throughout the power outage.I would highly recommend the Jackery and have done so to all my friends, here in Florida!

I bought the jackery 550 as backup power for my electric outboard motor E-propulaion 3hp,,while out fishing on a large lake we ran out of power about a mile or so from the home dock. Plugged in my jackery and off we went to home dock with power to spare.great product.

I bought my Jackery for the purpose of having a back up when the power goes out and out it went. A terrible wind storm and frigid temps made us get it out and use for a few necessities. But had I known that our 500w was only powerful enough to charge my laptop and phone and nothing else that really helped during that storm I probably would have invested in a more powerful unit. You see the house was frigid and the 500w didn't work with a very basic space heater. It wasn't strong enough to power the microwave, the keurig or the wifi. It basically kept things going that had little to improve the quality of life although the light was nice - I have a hand crank am/fm radio with a light that worked better. So I'm glad I have something to keep the phone going in a snow storm but I'm more happy I have a mini van that can crank the heat and run those appliances with an adapter thru the cig lighter to keep our family fed and safe.

This Jackery just proved itself as awesome. It has been in my truck for a year unused. I haven’t needed it. It’s been through hot wether and some below freezing temps. So today I thought I better check it, see if I ruined it by neglecting it. To my surprise it still has 78% power!! I knew Jackery is a good product but I’m honestly surprised. I really thought it would have no power after a whole year. Now I can charge it back up, use it and prepare for the upcoming hurricane season. Thanks jackery!

I have waited 8 months to write this review. Last year I took took two Jackery 240's and two 60 watt foldable Jackery panels to friends in Haiti. It was the most simple and efficient way I could think of to bring electricity to provide for the very basic need of charging cell phones and laptops, night time lighting, and power a small fan on hot nights. Seems these are targeted at occasional "camping trips" so I was unsure how they would do with the rigger of EVERYDAY usage. ....after 8 months here is my report - the batteries are still performing perfectly and have been absolutely life changing. The Jackery panels both failed after 3 months of daily use but were easily replaced by rigid standard panels.
