I love my E880! It performs just as advertised. I also lost my car charging kit and when I inquired about it to Jackery (by email) I received a reply an hour later. They sent "for FREE" a new charging kit! I like how they do business and I love their products!

I am very pleased with my E880. It performs just as advertised. I lost my car charge kit and they sent me a new one out for free. I like how they do business and I really like their products.

This power station opens up a new world of camping and portable power. Small 550 model I have can go with me on motorcycle camping,truck camping, or rv camping. It’s a battery,monitor, inverter in one.

Recently purchased the E880 with 2 solar panels. I had previously purchased a E300 and was so happy with it I splurged and bought the 880. I live in a condo on the 4th floor in Florida which makes a conventional gas generator not a viable option. Retired and with way too much time on my hands I diligently researched dozens of solar generator options. Every option and review I watched convinced me to buy the E300 to run my cpap. I was so pleased with its performance I continued researching larger options capable of powering the refrigerator and other household items during power outages. After 22 years as an infantry officer I have been miserable and don’t need any more practice. My wife got so sick of me watching the hundreds of reviews and videos that she finally said “I am sick of listening to the reviews just go ahead and buy it�? So I did and haven’t regretted it. Arrived quickly, well packaged, and ready to go. I have had the 880 about a week now and love it. It has exceeded all of my expectations and based on my limited testing feel comfortable going into the hurricane season. Thanks jackery for a great product. Already started saving to buy units for my kids and to expand my own backup power capability. 😊

I bought the 550 to use with my DreamStation cpap while remote camping and for power outages at home.I was on the fence between 240 and 550 and decided on 550 because of what I was going to primarily use it for. I haven't used it camping but have tested it at home and I'm happy with the outcome. I used the 12V DC adapter for my cpap. When fully hooked up to humidifier and heated hose the Jackery uses 43% of the power. When I go down to bare minimum (unheated hose and no humidifier) it used 6% of the power which will be perfect for several nights of cpap usage. I haven't heard any of the "noise" that others have mentioned. Also I had good email communication with customer service so I AM a happy camper. I really like the unit and will recommend to friends and family.

very well made and eazy to use , i like it simple, very powerfull. we lost the power cause i live on top of a hill and we loose power, good thing I had the Jackery Explorer 880 and the solarsaga 100. From inside the house in front of my window I charge the jackery , very impress, thanks

Really impressed with this unit. Can run LED lights in the tent all night and only drain a few percent. Take power tools out in the bush. It held up well in cold weather as well.

While we already owned a Jackery 240, we just bought the Jackery 550 so that we are fully prepared for an extended power outage. The Jackery 550 will be used to power a portable cooler that will keep our key frozen and refrigerated items cold for at least two days (according to online tests) if there is an extended outage. We will continue to use the smaller Jackery to keep out phone and computer charged. Owning the Jackery 550 (and the smaller unit) make my wife and I feel safe. Also, Jackery has excellent technical support and is always just an email away if there are any product questions.
