Absolutely love it. Powered my portable Pitboss pellet grill like a Boss. 3hr run time at average 350deg only dropped battery 9%. That was with 2 start ups that hit 170 watt for a few minutes. It’s a great product and has helped when power went out, can’t wait to try it on more stuff. Only thing I would do to make it better but isn’t a deal breaker would be the side light could be a quite a bit bigger.

the 550 works great on output, however, the slow 7.5 HOUR CHARGE time is very disappointing and limits its applications.

I love my Jackery. We use it during camping trip, mostly to re-charge the e-bike battery and for the coffee maker. The only point of criticism is the fact that it does not charge at 200W with both panels, but only with ~130W. I contacted Jackery support and the reason seems to be an internal limit of 7.5A input current of the Jackery battery, to avoid overheating during the charging process. Combined with 18V solar panel voltage, this gives 18V x 7.5A = 135W. They do not mention this in the specs or anywhere else. Not a super-big deal but I would appreciate more upfront transparency.

RECEIVED the 880several months ago and not having any issues with power outages. Have not use it for that purposes. My classic car needed a fuel pump to be installed in a dark rental unit. IDEA!! will take the 880 light up the area to make the job easier. worked great. and also had to try to run the garage freezer. did an excellent job also.

I picked up the 880 explorer to use camping and it’s delivered on 12+ Weekend trips. Paired with a 175w flex panel, I am able to power a 35 L cooler nonstop, Joolca hot tap system (water pump), charge several phones, and power market lights in the evening. After 24 hours I can keep the explorer between 50 and 80% without running the car to charge it. This thing is legit.

Had to use my new Explorer 880 during power outage in hurricane Ian in Florida. I used it to power both my upright. Freezer and refrigerator in the home. Saved me from losing my food. When my power came back on after 1 day I loaned it to my parents to power their fridge for 5 days. . Would just pick daily and recharge in my house and take it back to them

I also recently purchased the 550 specifically to power my CPAP machine while camping. I very pleased with it, but would like to point out that the power consumption is dependent upon several factors, which include but are not limited to: ambient temperature, the CPAP machine's maximum blower setting and its humidifier temperature setting. To conserve the Jackery's power, powering the CPAP machine using a DC converter helps.

Purchased to run CPAP in case of power outage. I don't use the dehumidifier on my CPAP and the 550 will run my CPAP for 3 nights on one charge. Very pleased with the purchase.
