No sooner had I installed my Lifeproof Raspberry Ice protection for my iPhine11Pro, I was herring in my car and it slipped out of my pocket and landed right on the front of the phone.
No damage to the phone, the case did as was advertised surviving a fall from about 4K’.
I had a reason to contact customer service, and it lived up,to its title. The service was fast and extremely pleasant. Way to go Lifeproof.

This is my second phone that I have bought this case for. It kept my last phone in mint condition. I work in a dirty job and with previous phones I would get dirt in my charging port and it would stop me from being able to charge my phone. I bought this case because of the charging port cover and not only did it keep my ports clean but kept my entire phone in like new condition.
