I just installed my Next case a couple of days ago and so far so good. The phone fits in the case securely and the cover snaps together easily. The screen and the rear cameras are recessed in the case nicely, so they will be protected from scratches if you place it on a table. I was a little unsure if I'd like the design of "silent mode" switch, but now that I have the case installed on the phone I really like it. Overall the case seems to be well made and am curious to see how it will hold up over time. I've had several LifeProof cases on my previous phones and have loved them. This is the first time I'm trying the "Next" case, so I'm still adjusting to the design differences.
The only complaint I have about the case is that the long straight edges don't snap together as firmly as I'd like. I don't doubt that it will hold together fine, but if you squeeze the sides of the case just below the volume and power buttons, the 2 halves of the case flex and squeak as though it hasn't snapped together properly. The movement between the 2 halves is a bit annoying and makes me feel less confident in its sturdiness. I was hoping that for the case's price, issues like this wouldn't be present.

I don’t like that the sides feel loose. It feels like I’m clicking a button on one side of the phone while I’m pressing the power button on the other side of the phone. Very annoying. Otterbox feels much more solid though much more bulky.

I bought this case mainly to keep dust and debris out also while attempting to have A case that is indestructible. It is a really good case. However, in the sides of the case it does not snap tightly to the phone which might be a probably. Only time will tell. Overall I recommend this case for the new iphone 11.

The case still works well but the fit isn’t up to par. I just got the new iPhone 11 pro and the next case. The phone was inserted into the back of the case as instructed. When snapping the top on it sounds secure but the sides are loose and squeak when grabbed.

It has some movement in the bumper around the phone. There is a very tight space and stiff cover over the charge port for a case that is not water proof and the phone is somewhat. No cover on the screen but the bumper keeps it recessed for some protection. It is much slimmer than previous cases. Still does not fit in some charging trays. Back is fully covered except the recessed camera lenses. Overall a very nice case but has some small detail issues.
