I bought this case and was very excited to get it and I received it in the correct amount of time. When I opened the packaging I very quickly realized that this was not going to be what I expected and wanted. It feels very cheaply made and looks like it would scratch very easily on the back. The sides also make a creaky sound when held tight in my hand. In the pictures the view of the back looks to be a dull kind of finish but it is the opposite it is very shiney. I have bought multiple Lifeproof cases in the past and really liked them and this case may be fine for someone else but to me this case is not worth the money that I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lifeproof is usually my go to case, this time I’m a little disappointed. Received my original case and installed and it seemed to just not fit right. It flexed and creeked and wasn’t tight. Contacted customer service and they were great, sent out replacement immediately. Got the replacement and it fit the same way! Not sure what the deal is, I guess I have to live with it, but it is annoying. I hope it doesn’t affect to drop protection. Not the quality I expected from my past cases.

I had the lifeproof next for my iPhone XR. It is an excellent case.
So I bought the same style for my iPhone 11 Pro. The black sides click when I grip my phone and they indent. It’s a very cheap feeling to the product and I’m not sure if they all do that now or if I just got a faulty one.

Case holds up well to drops but it's not as firm as the older lifeproof cases. Makes some creaking noises when you are holding it trying to hit the power button or volume up/down. Older gen cases are more preferable.

Case is ok so far. Not loving the fact that after the case breaks in it’ll sound like a creaky wooden floor when you squeeze the sides due to the seals loosening up a bit. Already exchanged the case at a store for a brand new one thinking it was defective. It wasn’t, that’s just how their made. The new one loosened up within 72 hours as well. Still holds itself together, just with enough looseness it makes you nervous.
