I bought this case not realizing it didn’t have a front protection screen.. It advertises that if the adventure keeps you on land this is going to keep it protected.. but what about the front? why did I pay all this money for a case that does not protect my front screen? I wish I would have been informed especially because I did reach out for help on the live chat. Very disappointed in such a huge detail being left out.

I knew when upgrading my iPhone that I was going to get a lifeproof again. I have used lifeproof for years. When I received this case & put it on my phone the sides started clicking & continue to click when you grab it and mash the side buttons. :( I hope this is something that you can fix for future users.

Lays very good in the hands and you still see the color on the back of the phone.

I have had this case for 2 weeks now....i thought it would just take some getting used to. I had read the reviews that said this case creaks (which it does) but generally have been very satisfied with their cases in the past so figured that overall it would still be a good case and I thought it might be nice to not have an extra screen over my camera. However I wish I had stuck with Fre. While the case stands up as far as drop protection, it doesn’t do anything for dust. I took my phone out of the case today and there was dust around the edges of the phone and caked in the cracks. I wrote to customer service and am hoping that we can figure something out where I can exchange this case for the Fre as I know that case is good and works for me. I’m still a loyal customer of life proof but in my opinion unfortunately this case falls short of their usual standards which is too bad. I’m counting on their great customer service and customer loyalty though to hopefully still come away happy and satisfied with Lifeproof. I have not found a case comparable to them and I love the confidence I have on my phone safety with their cases....i wanted to branch out and try the NEXT but I think from here on out I’ll still with the good ole original case from now on.
