Pop socket is too far down so it doesn’t hold up the phone. Rubber on the sides is really soft so you can tell it’ll wear down easily. Only other con is the silence/sound switch is hard to reach unless you have nails because the rubber side sticks out too far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.
Keep in mind, we do have a stellar warranty, so if anything happens to the silicone siding on your case, we're more than happy to get your case replaced. Simply drop us a line at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you taken care of. We'll also pass along your feedback about the mute switch opening passed along to our design team!

I’ve always had otterbox defenders with having young’s kids. Now that they’re older I figured I could go with a slimmer case. LOVE the dusk color, so far I haven’t dropped my phone yet to see how “drop proof” it is. I really wish they would still have built in screen protectors but apparently thats not a thing anymore.
The only real complaint that I have is the pop socket is not compatible with my pop socket vent clip. In order to hang it on there I have to pull the pop socket out in order for it to slide in. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep the case or not because I was really looking forward to using that vent clip in the car.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do like the pops disc that’s built-in and the fact that I don’t have to raise “flaps” to get to charger port, or other buttons. However, I’m concerned about the fact that there isn’t a screen protector on the product.

I’ve had these case for all my iPhones and they were amazing, it gave you something to hold onto on the go and when you were at a table you could prop it up in landscape to view something. For this particular phone the pop has been put in the wrong spot, try to prop up the phone and it just falls over. Engineer should be fired

The case looks beautiful and is very protective, but the Pop Socket placement doesn't allow the phone to stand in any configuration for viewing...one of the main uses of the pop socket for me. Would only recommend if you want the pop for a handle, not for a kickstand.

I got Iphone 11 on my 78 year old birthday where one of my guests opened the box with the brand new Iphone 11 and it slid out of the box towards the floor. Luckily it landed on a soft step stool. As the Iphone 11 is quide large for my tiny hands, I needed something that gave me confidence when holding it and the case button on the back is great for getting a good grab on the phone. I picked pink, love the color. The shipping was surprisingly fast, ordered on a Sunday from Ireland, received it in Iceland on Tuesday.

I have always used Otter cases to protect my phone & this is the first I've received that is slick as opposed to feeling more like silicone. Now I can't set it on the arm of the sofa or on a dash board with a slight slant because it falls off. I hope it protects as well as the cases I've had in the past that had some cush to them. This case is hard. I rated it this high assuming it will still do its job of protection when impacted, though it is certainly causing more drops than the other otter cases I've had.
