My wife found the color she liked and after spending $1100 on the Apple iPhone 11 and $68 on this Otter Box case We are back to iPhone # 6 charging with a wire. Dang Otterbox just negated one of the cool Apple features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there!
We're sorry for any frustration that you're having with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! While that case is compatible with wireless charging, we do recommend removing the PopTop for the best charging experience. Additionally, you will notice some variation between the performances of different chargers, so you may have better luck with a different charging base.
If you run into any other issues with your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you taken care of.
Pop socket does not even hold the phone up, I’ve tried standing up many different ways but it keeps falling over, Making the pop socket essentially useless other than making it a little easier to hold. It does not work on my wireless charger either. The description specifically says it supports wireless chargers, it does not work with Andobil Boost wireless charger. I returned the case

Hey there,
We're so sorry you're not exactly loving this Otter + Pop Symmetry Series!
The PopTop will stand your iPhone horizontally but not vertically. If you're still having trouble, give us a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we'll dive in with some quick troubleshooting.
As for the wireless charging, you're right: the PopTop may have to be removed in order to work with wireless chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience. That being said, we're always looking to improve the Otter experience, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback to our engineers for future consideration. In the meantime, give us a call if you have any further questions or concerns!
The idea is amazing and I really love it. But the pop socket needs to be slightly adjusted up a little bit. When rested on the pop socket it leans over and either almost tips over or tips over. The camera is heavy on the phone meaning that the center of gravity wasn’t taken into account or not calculated correctly, or the pop socket simply cannot support the weight of the phone.

Hi Angel!
We're sorry for any frustration with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! We usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. If that doesn't help, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can set you up with some more tips.
My brother is confined to a wheelchair with a terrible tremor in his hands. The pop seemed like a great "helper" for his problems as it would allow him to not have to firmly awkwardly the phone. His new phone offers wireless changing which is also much easier for him as plugging a tiny cable in is a tremendous task. But the case did not play nice with any charger we tried. They Otterbox recommends removing the pop-out part but that makes it too difficult an operation for him to handle every day. The Otterbox's protection wins for now.

Hi Fish,
Thanks for your feedback! We are glad that this Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case is taking care of your brother’s iPhone 11 and that it helps him handle the device. We’re sorry that it is not cooperating with the wireless chargers though. It is true; the PopTop may need to be removed for wireless charging. We will pass your feedback on to our design team for future consideration.

I have this case in the purple, which is beautiful, for my iPhone 11. I had the same kind of case for my iPhone X and the wireless charging always worked great, as long as I took the pop socket off. Sadly, with the new case it doesn't work, even if I remove the pop socket. I have tried on 3 different wireless charges and none seem to be able to charge my phone with the new case on. That is really a bummer. Hopefully they can correct this. Other than that I really like the case. The built in pop socket is great, and so far the case has protected my phone perfectly every time I have dropped it.
I usually love Otterbox but this case is the worst I’ve purchased, it’s heavy and the pop socket grip doesn’t allow you enough room for your fingers also because the case is so heavy the phone falls over if you prop it on it’s side which defeats the point of the pop socket. I have always used Otterbox and I am a loyal consumer but I’ve switched to another brand now.

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear about the frustrations you've experienced with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. Because that PopSocket is recessed in the case itself to allow it to sit flush with your OtterBox, there may be a little less finger room than if it was stuck to the back of a flat case. We'll be sure to get your feedback passed up the ladder to our design team. While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.
If you continue having issues with your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team here: https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/support
This seems like a case that will protect the phone well, so it fulfils its basic purpose. I liked the idea of the pop stand. However, because it is placed off-centre on the phone, if you try to use it then the phone tips over onto one side. If you want the phone to remain straight then you need to wedge something under the 'top' side (with the camera). This seems like a fundamental flaw. Also, while you can indeed just about charge the phone wirelessly with the case on, you have to wiggle it around several times on the charging pad before the phone senses it.
I wanted to like the case. I was willing to accept the extra bulk necessary for the pop stand. However, since the stand is a bit useless I have decided to stop using the case and buy another one. This is is annoying as it's not a cheap case.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. The sleek design they came up with to include the pop socket is genius! it came in my favorite color pink, its really light, durable protection and has just enough texture to not slip out of my hands like the transparent case did! I recommend this to all iPhone 11 users
