So, this case is great because you can just pick it up (without the pop) and it won't drop. If you want to pull out the pop thing that's fine and works well. I do agree with the other reviews that it does not balance-- that was why it's not a five star. So, you will not be able to balance it and watch a movie on it, etc.

Every iPhone I've had, I've bought an Otterbox and I've never had a scratch on my phone. The BEST cases. Mind you, I have toddler with sticky hands that watches Netflix on the phone and I've dropped it plenty times, have even dropped it from 4ft up and not a dink or a scratch.

I bought a case for my old iphone after doing a bit of research, i'm so grateful i did. There wasn't a scratch on my phone by the time my contract of two years ended. This is the first time i've been able to keep a phone for two years without smashing it or breaking it. So when i got an Iphone 11 i bought another case straight away. I love the POP part of the case its really handy. My only criticisim is that i wish it was a big higher up as sometimes i can't reach the top of the screen when holding it.

A good but not excellent case

I had the regular symmetry case that I love but couldn’t get a brand new pop socket to stay on the back. The adhesive wasn’t strong enough and it kept coming off so I ordered this case with it built in. On a positive note I can wirelessly charge without taking the pop socket off. It has great protection around the camera module as well. It slides in your pocket easier. As far as negatives, the case is slick on the back which I don’t like as much. The pop socket being integrated doesn’t stick out as far so it’s a tight fit for my fingers to get in behind it. It works but I could see this being a huge problem for someone with bigger fingers. The overall thickness of the case is more that the regular Symmetry as well which I don’t like.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good idea but pop socket needs to be centred

We're sorry to hear your case falls easily and seems to be unbalanced.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. That should help with the top heaviness of the phone.

Jury still out on pop socket aspect

I bought one for both my son & daughter thinking it’s pretty much the next best thing since they use pop sockets. Well daughter returned hers because socket doesn’t come out far enough to feel comfortable in her fingers. My son wasn’t sure either but said he’d try and took it back to college so not sure if he loves it.

I was delighted to see that there was a pop option but there’s not much space between the disc and phone so not terribly comfortable to use.
