I just went from a telephone-sized telephone (iPhone SE) to what seems like a canoe paddle by comparison (iPhone 11)! The clever design of this Otterbox cover with its built-in pop socket helps make the new iPhone much easier to handle - especially one-handed. Also, the little valley on the back swallows the pop socket so the phone slides easily in and out of my pocket! Great stuff - get one!
I am a big fan of Otterbox cases - they are the only ones I trust to put my phone in. I'm also obsessed with PopSockets, so I was very excited to see the collab between the two. I'm not sure if it's the placement of the PopSocket or the massive size of the iPhone 11 (I upgraded from iPhone 6s), but I can't use the PopSocket to prop my phone up the way I like, but the extra grip is super helpful & necessary for my small hands! As always, I know the Otterbox case is going to protect my phone & give me peace of mind.
I bought this case bc I wanted something anti-shock but also with a pop top. The case is great and the location of the pop top is fine for me. The only problem I have is that the grip isn’t so fantastic on the pop top due to the case thickness. If you’re used to holding the pop top close to the base, you’ll need pretty small fingers. I’ve had to get used to it the position of the pop top resting on my fingers more towards the rim of the pop then at the base if that makes sense. It doesn’t feel as secure or comfortable compared to using the top with a more flat case. My rec would be that popsockets needs to make a slightly longer top for otter cases so finger can really get in there!
I've been a popsocket user for the last two years. Loved to see otterbox have a combined case. Disappointed that the popsocket isn't a bit longer given that it's recessed into the case so I've lost the ability to use the phone completely one handed. This needs to be fixed in future. Otherwise just buy the case and popsocket separately.

Hi, Victoria!
We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. That PopSocket was inset a bit in that case in order to allow it to sit more flush than a standard PopTop. We appreciate your feedback about the depth of the PopSocket, and we'll be sure to get it passed up the ladder to our design team. If you run into any other issues with your case, please don't hesitate to give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you helped out.
I bought this case as I previously had a pop socket and loved it. This case is not as good as putting a pop socket on a regular case though and i am really disappointed. It doesn’t balance properly and only stands on one side, as the volume buttons tip it over. It also is not as comfortable to hold using the grip, probably because it doesn’t pop out as far due to the design.
