I had this case for my iPhone SE and really liked it. When it was time for a new case for my wife’s iPhone 11, she decided on the same case based on my feedback. We were very disappointed when we received and installed her new case because the pop-socket on the iPhone 11 case does not properly prop the phone up like it does (very well) for the SE. It takes a lot of adjustment to make it prop up for the 11 case and is very, very unstable, to the point of being useless. I’m sure the protection is fine, though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear your wife isn't having as good of an experience with her Otter + Pop Symmetry Series Case as you did with the one you used with your iPhone SE.
For propping up some of the more sizable devices like the iPhone 11, PopSockets recommends expanding and then tilting or “kinking” the PopTop to one side. In addition, it will be helpful to have the heavier camera side of the device be closer to the surface that you’re placing it on to avoid things getting a bit top-heavy.
Hope this helps stabilize your wife's time with the case, but definitely give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 if we can be of any further assistance and we'll be happy to stay on the case!
