I have a Blackberry (BB) Z30 that I purchased in 2013. It still works after having been dropped more times than I can count. And why has it still worked after all of these years? ONLY one reason - because I bought an Otterbox at the same time as i purchased my BB. BUY ONE people!! (This doesn't pertain to the iPhone 11 Otter I bought for my granddaughter but the Otterbox I purchased in 2013!!)

I got this a few weeks ago and like it. The down side is that due to the thickness I can’t use it with my standing charger. It has to be plugged in.

I love my otter case for my iphone, which I knew I would, for the protection for my phone and the peace of mind I have knowing my investment is safe. This specific case has an added bonus with the pop socket built in so I have a place to have a good grip on my phone when I need to hold it in my hand, but it goes back in when I stick it in my pocket. Plus I can change the pop up to different ones to add my own touch of personality.

Love the color, but pop socket doesn’t stay open

I bought this case about two weeks ago, and I love everything about it other than the fact that the pop socket won’t stay open when you try to stand it on its side. It’s frustrating when your trying to watch something.

Love the colour!!!

I liked the case. LOVED the colour. My dissatisfaction with this case is it didn’t hold the phone up on its side the way a Defender does with a pop socket super glued to it. Pop sockets has a stand that solves this problem tho. Once my case lived it’s life I switched back to the defender and glue cuz I can’t live without either :)

We're sorry to hear you had such trouble utilizing the Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case as a means for hands-free viewing. For propping up some of the more sizable devices, PopSockets recommends expanding and then tilting or “kinking” the PopTop to one side for a more stable experience. In addition, it will be helpful to have the heavier camera side of the device be closer to the surface that you’re placing it on to avoid things getting a bit top-heavy.
