I have this phone cover about 2 weeks & I grow increasingly frustrated with it. Because the popper thing is lower down to avoid getting in a camera shot, it is very unbalanced & when the phone is propped up on its side while watching a movie or video, it falls over. It’s so frustrating & has the Potential danger of falling on a floor & damaging the phone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a great case. It will protect your phone and looks great while doing it. The only draw back and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is it doesn’t work well with wireless charging. If you want to fiddle with it forever to try to get it to work it might. It was just easier to take it off if I wanted to do wireless charging. The built in pop socket is great and lays flat with the case. So it doesn’t add bulk.

I bought this case 2 weeks ago, it's not my first otterbox case but this is the first time I was disappointed about one of.
The pop located at back looking good, you can handle your phone without placing any fingers below but there is one problem. When you look at case's design, you can see that pop button is not clearly located at the middle of, this location garantee you to see your phone falling back when your are in landscape mode on videos, not usable during trip by train/plane/etc... Even without moving, put it on your desk and can simply blow on it to see what's going on...
Another bad point, this case is too thick to use wireless charge. It's probably the price to pay when you want a good protection because, yes this case will prevent your phone from falling damage, for sure. The case edges are solid on back and soft on front, when you place your phone on table, disaply side facing it, only the case is in contact with table.
Conclusion, I consider the price too high for not being able to enjoy the pop system on landscape view AND wireless charging.

I’ve had this case for a couple of weeks, and overall I like it very much. If the handle was centered in the back of the case I would probably give it a five. It is slightly off center from top to bottom, which means that it will spin when in a cradle hanger. Otherwise, it is a great case and looks good. I love the fact that the Pop socket is streamlined into the case.

I like the protection this gives my phone but I wish they had put the built-in popsocket centered on the back instead of slightly lower than center. This makes the phone swivel upside down in my car holder unless I hook up the charger to it.
