Very glad I bought this case. It is beautiful and works great. Pros: built in pop-socket makes the phone flatter and easier to fit in a pocket; great quality case. Cons: mine doesn’t seem to quite “hug” the side all the way on one side of the front; you have to remove the pop-socket to wirelessly charge, which is a pain, so I don’t end up using the wireless charging- it is easier to just plug it in.

I have always loved the otterbox symmetry series. It does a great job in that retrospect. When I found out it has a pop socket integrated in it I knew I had to have it especially since it "works with wireless charging". That's the thing though. I spent extra money so I can charge wirelessly and I have to take the popsocket off. I didnt want to have to do that hints why I bought the case in the first place. Also, the popsocket feels a little small in my hand because of how its made but thats just a picky note from a popsocket enthusiast. I was disappointed because it doesn't charge wirelessly. If it only works on a few wireless chargers, they need to name them because its really upsetting thinking you found this great find and it turned out to be just okay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some PopTop materials may require removal in order to facilitate Qi charging, so if you're using a PopTop other than the one that came with your case, that could be leading to this issue. Furthermore, we typically suggest always using wireless chargers recommended by the manufacturer of the device, as those are the ones that we test our cases with. Additionally, our cases will be compatible with any of our wireless chargers. We'll be sure to get your feedback passed up the ladder.

I thought you were supposed to be able to use the POP to hold the case easily in one hand but can’t get my fingers under it. Also thought it could be used as stand but doesn’t support the weight of the iPhone. Expensive to not actually function as expected.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. That should help with the top heaviness of the phone.

I love the color but even with extra care it’s already scratched on the top. I use a sleeve when I put it in my purse so I don’t know how it can get scratched. Disappointed

This case with pop socket is nice, durable. I do have one complaint with the case. If you try to set the phone on it’s side using the Popsocket, the phone won’t stay-it tips onto the Popsocket. The iPhone 11 camera makes the phone top heavy, and the Popsocket isn’t placed where the weight would stay even if placed on the side.

Partly purchased this case because it was to able to arrive in early June. Now tracking indicates it won't arrive until mid July. Super disappointed and regret this purchase. Don't trust the shipping times listed.

I love the Otterbox case with the pop socket for the iPhone 11. It sits into the case which I like. Supper cute and I can tell it is durable. I would have given a 5 star rating but when I went to check out it recommended a glass protector. So I added it to my order. When I got it I got the glass protector of the iPhone 8. Why would it suggest a protector for the 8 when I ordered the case for the 11. My fault for not looking, but I am still a little disappointed.
