The case itself is nice. The pop socket is totally in the wrong location on the back. It tips the screen away from your view angle, even when pushed in. It won't work as a kickstand in any orientation. Its only useful function is as a handle on the back while using the phone.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.

So I bought the defender For my 11 pro Max just like I have for every other iPhone since otter box started making them!! When I finally got it which was about a week was I in for a surprise!!! It didn’t have no screen protector!!! That’s the biggest reason I’ve alway used Otter Box because it’s a box for your phone a box has 4 sides not 3!!!! So yeah I am pretty disappointed in this new deal bring the built it protector back please!!!

After extensive design testing, our Otter Engineers determined that the best way to interact with the screen of this device was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, that case is totally compatible with Alpha Glass and Amplify.

Very thick, doesn’t work with pop accessories

The case is extra thick so that the pop socket can be embedded, but the embedded pop socket doesn’t work well with the car accessory. Waste of money for a clunky case.

Absolutely definitely does not support wireless charge. The weasel words in the description "may need to remove the pop thingy" need to be read "must remove…". And come on, not only it will break soon, it defeats the whole purpose of wireless charging - WiFi charging is super simple.
If you're ok with sticking a charging cable every time, the case is great. Weasel words in the description caused a disappointed customer here, alas.
Plus this lie just now "you must disable adblockers in order to submit the review" made me reduce the rating by one star. I hope I am not going to get spam now.

Great for protecting the phone but not so convenient when it comes to charging. Have to go back to plug in charging and takes extra time in the car because I can’t load it onto the mount anymore. Button on the back sticks out too much. They should have made that clear in the advert.
